Colombian born Leo Matiz became one of Latin America’s most successful photojournalists by turning out solid, straightforward and immediately accessible images in the style best exemplified by Life magazine.
Gathered for a rare 100-piece retrospective are industrial studies, genre scenes, modernist still lifes, portraits of the famous, and the anonymous.
The exhibition is on at Westwood Gallery and it runs through June 28
