Madison Square Park Tower: 45 E 22nd

The residences at 45 East 22nd Street are perfectly positioned in one of the most iconic and culturally sophisticated neighborhoods in Manhattan—the Flatiron District at Madison Square Park. The tower is a sculptural glass silhouette of sixty-five stories that rises seven hundred and seventy seven feet in the sky.

The striking exterior, crafted by the world-renowned architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, wraps around timeless and tailored interiors by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio. The building features a stunning glass design that grows progressively wider as it rises, with the top floor measuring 125 feet wide so the penthouse offers 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline in all directions.

WESTWOOD GALLERY NYC collaborated with the developer The Continuum Company and with Martin Brudnizki Design Studio to offer a sophisticated selection of historic and contemporary artworks for the presentation units and sales office at 45 East 22nd Street, New York City.

"These are homes that deliver a life in the clouds, above a park, in the center of New York City. Kohn Pedersen Fox designed from the inside out; the angular building silhouette optimizes the views and light that bathe each residence. The tower soars to accommodate ceilings over ten feet in the residences while floor-to-ceiling glass walls capture 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline."

The interior design by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio ushers in a sense of refined craftsmanship, with a richness of materiality throughout the residences that is seldom offered beyond private homes.

"My focus was to create a design that delivers a sense of place. 45 East 22nd Street is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in New York, where private clubs thrived in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries; therefore we wanted to create an elevated lifestyle experience. Both the public and residential spaces are timelessly sophisticated, a contemporary nod to the Moderne and Art Deco movements."
